We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scotch & Soda purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Returns are processed efficiently to ensure your refund or exchange is handled as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier at a nearby drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the return status until your refund is issued.
